2. Technical helps for internet problems

2.1 Internet problem:

Please DO NOT disconnect any cable!!! Do NOT reset your router!!!

2.1.1. Outdoor antenna restart

If you have a outdoor antenna, you need to restart it with power supply disconnect and reconnect to the power source. Please wait 2-3 minutes after reconnect and check your internet connection.

2.1.2. Check your cables:

Check your cables doesn’t torn or damaged.

2.1.3. Check your router:

Please DO NOT disconnect any cable!!! Do NOT reset your router!!!

Check your router is power on and cables is correctly plugged.

For expert user: You can check internet connection with computer. Connect your WAN cable (this cable comming from the outdoor antenna or power supply) to the computer. Check your internet connection. If you have PPPoE connection, you need to set up. This step only for EXPERT USER!!!
